Whole Wheat Moroccan Couscous - 8 oz
Traditional couscous with sunflower seeds, bits of dried tomato, bell peppers, cumin, smoked paprika and other spices. Whole wheat provides more protein and fiber, better for your health. Small size good for 4 servings. Try it, you will be back for more!
Ingredients:
Durum whole wheat, sunflower seeds, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, onion, green chile, cumin, cilantro, & smoked paprika.
Cooking Instruction:
1. Boil 2/3 cup of water in a saucepan with 1/2 tsp. of salt and 2 tbsp. of olive oil.
2. Remove from heat and pour in 2/3 cup of Moroccan couscous.
3. Wait 5 minutes with saucepan covered and fluff with a fork before serving. Makes 2 servings.
Serving Recommendations:
Add chick peas, raisins, fresh coriander, and a splash of olive oil. This dish goes well with grilled chicken, beef, or fish.
