Golden Caribbean Couscous - 8 oz
Sophie's Caribbean recipe with coconut, curry, allspice, ginger, and other spices. This couscous blend has a little heat to spice up your dinner. Small size good for 4 servings. Try it, you will be back for more!
Ingredients:
Durum wheat semolina, coconut, garlic, onion, curry, smoked paprika, ginger, allspice, & cayenne pepper.
Cooking Instruction:
1. Boil 2/3 cup of water in a saucepan with 1/2 tsp. of salt and 2 tbsp. of olive oil.
2. Remove from heat and pour in 2/3 cup of Moroccan couscous.
3. Wait 5 minutes with saucepan covered and fluff with a fork before serving.
Makes 2 servings.
Serving Recommendations:
Add chick peas, raisins, fresh coriander, and a splash of olive oil. This dish goes well with grilled chicken, beef, or fish.
